The tools matter, but so does knowing when to use them. Some patients need one treatment. Others need a staged plan, skin preparation, or attention to wellness first. Sometimes the right decision is to wait.
How we decide what belongs in your planSome treatments are defined by the technology behind them. Others are defined by the physician who performs them.
These signature treatments reflect Dr. Gerrish's combination of physician experience, research involvement, and years of protocol refinement, with treatment design shaped by how energy, tissue, and timing interact.
Dr. Gerrish's Layered Rejuvenation Philosophy
The Silent Lift™ is Dr. Gerrish's physician-designed approach to comprehensive, non-surgical facial rejuvenation. Rather than relying on one device or one procedure, it thoughtfully combines skin preparation, deeper dermal remodeling, surface refinement, biostimulation, and regenerative support into a coordinated treatment strategy customized to the patient.

UltraClear is an advanced laser platform, but the results depend on physician judgment. Dr. Gerrish was among the earliest physicians to adopt UltraClear, collaborates with engineers on treatment development, and works with the Gerrish MedEsthetics Clinical Team to tailor each treatment to the patient's skin, anatomy, and goals rather than relying on standardized settings.
