What We Assess
A useful plan connects what you notice with the clinical factors that may be contributing to it and the practical realities of treatment.
Every Concern Has More Than One Cause
Because the causes differ, treatment recommendations differ. Two patients with the same concern may leave with very different plans.

How We Build Treatment Plans
- 1
Understand the concern.
What bothers you most? Before any discussion of treatments, we start with what you are actually noticing and how it affects you.
- 2
Identify what is actually changing.
Surface texture? Collagen? Volume? Muscle movement? Hormones? Inflammation? The visible concern is often the result of several changes happening at once.
- 3
Prioritize.
What should be treated first? What can wait? Sequencing matters, and some steps create a better foundation for the ones that follow.
- 4
Select the appropriate treatment.
Sometimes one treatment. Sometimes several, staged over time. Sometimes no treatment at all. The plan follows the diagnosis, not the other way around.
- 5
Adjust over time.
Skin changes. Goals change. As they do, treatment plans evolve with you rather than staying fixed.
Examples of Treatment Strategies

“Many patients arrive believing they need a particular treatment. By the end of the consultation they often realize the most important decision wasn't choosing a laser or injectable. It was understanding what was actually causing the concern in the first place.”Dr. Scott Gerrish
